  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

  • 1 can of premium tuna (I swear by Rio Mare's irresistible flavour)

  • A sprinkle of crunchy cashew nuts

  • A dash of (toasted) sesame seeds

  • A pinch of fragrant sunflower seeds

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
