Roasted butternut squash

When butternut season arrives, you know what that means..


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 butternut squash

  • 1 yellow or white onion

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper

  • garlic powder

  • chili flakes


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Clean your squash and cut them in half. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon

  2. Now cut the squash into whatever shape you'd like

  3. Cut your onion into 4 equal parts

  4. Add the onion and squash to an oven tray

  5. Add your oil and season to taste (pepper, salt, garlic powder, chili flakes)

  6. Cover your oven tray with aluminium foil and bake it in the oven on 220 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
